"Satan" is accusation. Possible counsel for trying to not succumb to satan while imagining and addressing others: Before speaking to someone as if they've done or said what you think they've done or said. Find words for what you believe they've done or said and place those words in the form of a question to that someone. When you put the question to them, they might feel accused and respond in such a way that things escalate, but you will have avoided (at least for now) succumbing to satan yourself.

I AM of the opinion now that our egos are our real problem, not some fallen angel. Most of us believe we are actually are our egos, which are just bundles of fears from dealing with lions, tigers, and bears over thousands of years. There fears are retained on our genes and present as egos in each of us. They are not who and what we are. We are eternal spirits, lovely and wonderful, kind and generous, pure and holy, taking no offense, with NO EGO. Jesus seems to be a lot like what I AM trying to describe. Egos are not evil, they are just not who or what we are. When we shed these bodies like clothes, our egos evaporate, and we go on to our next great adventure. One little fallen angel, that God loves immensely, is not our real problem. In fact, as eternal spirits, we have no problems. We do have a challenge….just remembering who we are, sons and daughters of our Father, and where we are, safe and secure in the hands of God. O, that all this were true! Well, it is:).
Thanks. I needed that.
