Star Wars: Episode X (E.T.) democratizes the Force by showcasing the righteous witness of a Jedi without a lightsaber visiting Earth, befriending a child, and bestowing wisdom. It turns out accessing the Force doesn't depend on genes or a willingness to kill. Most pleasantly, the production itself is an instance in which George Lucas and Steven Spielberg have overcome rivalry to complete the saga together.

Bob Marley should have done that soundtrack. Peace out.
